When will I get paid?
We will mail your check within one week of the end of the sale.
Can I earn more than 70% of my sales?
Absolutely! Please refer to our volunteer page for details on how you can earn a higher % of your sales!
I forgot to pick up my items! Can I come at a later time?
Our donations are picked up immediately following the end of consignor pick up times. We have to clean up and return keys to our rented facility so we cannot stay longer nor are we able to hold your items. Rest assured that they are going to a very worth cause and will make an impact on the lives of the less fortunate in our community.
Will I get my hangers back?
No, we cannot remove hangers at check out and we’d never be able to give back your specific hangers. Collect hangers from friends who have lots of dry cleaning done, ask for hangers in any stores you frequent or treat yourself to new hangers and bring your old ones to Lassos and Hairbows! Know that when you shop at Lassos and Hairbows you’ll be given the hangers on any clothes you purchase. Hint: Many dry cleaners will give you hangers! Check with them before peak tagging season!
Why are there so many tagging rules?
Uniformity! If everything is done the same, things run smoothly. Shoppers know where tags are located and can quickly find the price. They can glance at a tag during the half price sale and know if the price is reduced. They can look through the racks quickly and still see everything. If a shopper cannot see your item quickly or find the tag they are likely to pass on buying it.
